[Python] Designing & Developing Apps w/ Python

Hi everyone,

I drafted a Designing & Developing Apps w/ Python LibreOffice wiki page intended to minimize the learning curve of Python programming within *Office, wishing one may avoid to surf dozens of pages. Be it for coding macros, dialogs, extensions or packages. I focused on Python debugging, which I felt being insufficiently documented. Its content is not limited to Windows although it may be seem a bit biased for the time being.
