Python Dialog from external IDE not loading

Hi,

I try to run a Python code with PyCharm IDE. It runs okay from within the document. Other macros with no dialogs also run okay from PyCharm since OO on my Mac is in the listening mode and all environment variables are set. But when it comes to a code with dialogs they just get stuck with dialogs not loading. Sometimes the first dialog shows up, but the second wouldn't. This only happens when I run it from IDE. It runs okay from OpenOffice with all the dialogs loading properly. Has anyone had a similar problem?
