Embedding files as icons programmatically

Hi! I want to make a odt file with embeded as icon OLE Object. Is there any way how to make it programmatically ? I'm using ODFToolkit but I didn't found abilities to embed file as icon.
OpenOffice 3.1 on Windows Vista
