How to do automatic stock import

HI,
In stock file have following fields
-SKU
-Model these 5 field from xml file
-Quantity
-status
-price
-special price(have a formula for this)
-shipping cost(have a formula for this)
-allow cod(have a formula for this)
we are doing manually importing daily in our admin page.but we need automatically for reducing time. I have loaded xml file data to database(mysql 5.6).but now am struck next step is what? how to import from database.Am using php.So please help me.I need guide for this

This forum is about the OpenOffice suite. It has nothing to do with MySQL nor php.
