Bootstrap exception in C#

Hi,
Automating Open Office Writer in C# . Done quite a lot back in 3.x

Am now getting this same exception after installing 4.1.0. :
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46832

Question; is that same old bug back now again..?
