Invalid class string progid word application

We have one client who has two machines that, for some reason, when we try to print an OpenOffice document from our program, we get the error "Invalid class string progid."WordApplication." I've checked to make sure all the file associations are correct and they don't even have Word installed. I've re-run the setup for OpenOffice and chose the repair option.
