Make addon toolbar undockable and unhideable

Hi,

I'm mantaining an OpenOffice Writer addon writen in Java. The addon consist basically on a custom toolbar thats shows differents options in function of certain properties of the opened document.
I'm looking for a way to make the toolbar "undockable" and also "unhideable" (from View ->Toolbars menu). Is this possible? how?

I'm using OpenOffice 2.4.1 on Linux.
