I am trying to make a report from a query in the Report Builder. I have tried to eliminate repeated values in my report, but have been unsuccessful so far. In the control I have put the 'print repeated values' to 'NO', but still it continues to repeat them. It repeats the values with a number, currency and a date format.
I need name, address, place, arrival date, departure date and deposit only printed once. And after that all the different items someone bought with the different prices and taxes.
I have attached the database 'la chassagne.odb'.

Please find as an attachment . . . a copy of your database. I did change the name of the file . . . I added an _02 to the file name . . . so you could TEST it.

I added / created a NEW report . . . with a name of . . . facturr_02 . . . so you could see it ( run it ) and check the results.

Please forgive me, but, language differences ( my English and your language ) . . . I only added a GROUP for the Query fields -- you may add the others, as you see fit:

1. naam
2. postcode en plaats
3. aankomst
4. vertrek

Also, please note, addition of naam Header . . . that is used to display the only columns you wanted to display once . . . but . . . Detail contains the columns from your query . . . that is printed for each unique naam Header .
One additional item, I was not sure if you wanted the content of naam Header repeated . . . when . . . it is a NEW PAGE for the same naam etc . . . I did NOT do this, but, you can, if you want.

Thank you Sliderule for your immediate response and your extra work in solving my problem. I was away from my computer for a day so my apologies for my late reaction; I wasn't expecting such a fast response.
So I have executed the new report, and the problem of repeated values have been solved. I do have some questions.
1. How do you make a new header with your field name on it which seems to be blue, and what is the purpose of said header?
2. Why do you need the other headers too like 'postcode en plaats' and 'aankomst' when you don't use them or fill them with fields and keep them invisible?
