Report Wizard Not Working with ORB 1.2.1

I am on a Windows XP machine with OOo 3.3.0 installed with the Oracle Report Builder 1.2.1 rev.2 extension. The report wizard will not work with extension installed. It will work if it is uninstalled. Please help.

EDIT: I have installed and uninstalled both OO and the extension multiple times and ways. Nothing worked. Also when I say it's not working, to be specific, I mean when you click on Use Wizard to Create Report nothing happens.

Try to rename user profile, [Tutorial] The OOo user profile, this can solve your problems. The wizards starts for me when I clicked on it with same configuration.
