[Solved] Horizonal and Vertical Lines in Report Builder

A known bug exists in LibO for horizontal and vertical lines not being visable.

My Workaround:

1) Insert Tex box where you want a line.

2) Size the box to the height and width of the desired line.

3) under properties set background to not transparent.

4) Set background to desired color.

Sorry if this has been suggested before.
