OOo crash: how to recover the database?

Hey im using open office 3.2.1 on macOS 10.6.4.

My open office just CRASHED
and i CANNOT recover it! Do you know how i can get it back?
PLEASE HELP NEEDED

I TRIED TO CHOOSE ODF database but still wont work :'(
