Sun Report Builder User interface elements not in English

For English speaking and writing users of Sun Report Builder if you go to Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Appearance > Sun Report Builder. You will see that all of the User interface elements are in Chinese characters (if you have Chinese installed on your system) or else you will just see squares where text would normally be. Is it possible to change this from Chinese to English? My language settings are all set to English (USA). Sun Report Builder needs to resolve this issue to display English for this feature in OpenOffice.org under the Tools > Options file menu for English users.

See issue 101652, should be fixed in OOo 3.2.
It's Microsoft marketing that tells you computers are qualified for non-technicians
