Need Direction, Query and Reporting

Post by ctmedic09 »

I am trying to help a friend who has a big project coming up requiring him to send over 200 estimates, individually written with photos. I used to be very proficient with MS Access, about 10 years ago. I have created the table and the input form and then designed a report. So far that all works well. The next project on it is to have an easy way for him to enter the catalog number and have it create a report for that single record. I know there will be a query involved and then use the query as the data source. I am thinking of a form with a box that allows him to enter the ID# and then a button that creates a report.

Also, what is the best way of making sure that each record in a report starts on a new page?

Thank you
