Error while retreiving data from Teradata into Base

Hi,

I am getting error while trying to retreive data from my Teradata tables. The following steps I have folloed.

i) Created DSN to connect to Teradata
ii) In database wizard I selected "Connect to an existing database" and selected "ODBC" and then in the next dialogue I choose the DSN I created.
iii) The connection is successful and I can see the schemas and tables under the database.
iv) I created a simple "select * from <schema name.tablename>" query to fetch data but I am getting the following error.

"The data content could not be loaded.
[Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver] Unsupported"

Can anybody tell me the solution for this?
