I tried "sdbc::address::macab" and "sdbc:address:macab" but it does not work for me. I always get the same error (see attached screenshot). It seems that that's just a bug.

Did you find a solution to this - I see similar questions asked several places in this forum - clearly the UI is a bit broken as its highly unlikely a Mac user will know a URL for their address book - and its 99.9% of the time going ot be the local Address book.
