Converting from Access

Hello,
I have written an application in Access and have a user that wants to use it on his Mac. He thought OpenOffice might be the answer. I downloaded it and tried to import my database and just got the tables. Okay, I can recreate the forms and reports in OO but will any of my Visual Basic code work? I can't find where I would type code for any buttons or events on my forms. Will the Mac user be able to use the OO application that I write on my XP?
