I have a base form with a subtable that pulls together records that have an email address field. I would like to be able to select the email address column, hit ctl-c, go to Outlook, hit ctl-v in the bcc field and have the list of email addresses show up. Currently, I only get one email address.
Is there some way to get close to this behavior?
Thanks,
EZ

Re: Copy column from subtable to paste into email program?
Open a new spreadsheet
Click the subform and then the last button of the navigarion tool bar ("Data source as table").
Now you have a additional grid view
Drag the top-left grey corner of that view into the spreadsheet.
When you copy these data from a spreadsheet into plain text context, the columns are tab separated.
