[Solved] Creating form from single table field

I am a former user of MS access and have just successfully imported a csv file from the kind aid of someone on this foruum. But I am havig trouble remembering how to attach a form (other than wizard) field to a table field. If I create a text box in a form how do I attach to a table column?
