[Solved] How to run form without opening whole Base doc?

Post by matroSK »

Hi guys,
I´m trying to figure out, how can I run form (main form in my db) without opening whole db.
I know that when I´m editing form I can click “save copy as“, but in this case macros are not working.
Is there any other options?

Thanks

Is not a form meaningless without access to, and possibly information from, the database?

yes, it is. I just want other users not to have look for the main one and see all forms and queries in it.

I´ve already seen this. The problem is I´m looking for something, where I don´t have to avoid using macros or even better to change them according to something.

EDIT:
For now I´m using this macro - viewtopic.php?f=39&t=34147#p184762 - it opens my main form right after opening db file. Not the way I wanted, but also not bad at all.

I will wait like day or two, if anyone come up with some idea or something. Then I will mark this thread as "solved"
