How to print Grid line in Form

Post by astro181 »

Hi everyone ,
I am really beginner of Openoffice Base ,

recently I built an Invoice database for family's small business,

I trying using report to out put the result but things doesn't going well
I have invoice detail table connect to invoice table

but i really can't find how to shows to tables in one report , such as sub-form features in form

that is why i decided make a gird with invoice detail table, but there is an other problem

I try to print the invoice form, but there is no lines when i print it ,
I definitely sure my grid has black line in the setting but I don't why the printer just doesn't print the lines.

anyone have any idea where can i look for and fix it?

By the way , I am using Traditional-Chinese interface in Taiwan ,but all tables columns named in English.

sorry for my poor English

Best regards

I believe the gridcontrol in a form has grid lines that cannot be printed.

I think you want a query. A query can show information from more than one table. Once you have written your query, you can use the query to make a report.

If you share with us your table names and the columns in each table that you want, we can help you with the SQL for a query.
