[Solved] Cannot Edit my Form

I have successfully opened an Excel spreadsheet and saved it to open office format, and created a form. However, I can't edit the form. :( What can I do to fix this?

You have to be in "Design Mode" to edit form controls. On the toolbar "Form Controls" the second icon from the left or top is a triangle with a pencil. Click on this icon to go in and out of Design Mode.
