Subform only shows single record

Post by evil44 »

In Access 2013, I have a table that lists all the teams (Team_ID) and maintains all the pertinent information about those teams. I want to create a subform that just shows the Team_ID and three specific columns from the master table. However, when I use the wizard tool and the subform is created, it only shows the first record. The record counter at the bottom shows 1 of 1 when there are actually 50 teams in the master table. How can I get the subform to show all 50 teams?

I'm guessing you are using Base as a front-end and have it connected to an Access file as a back-end? This answer may be different if you have a different setup.

Subforms are fairly tricky to get working nicely in Base. There is a (warning: long) explanation with examples at Filter/Search with Forms (leveraging SubForms)

I'd suggest trying to work through some of those examples and then coming back to ask specific questions that come up.
