Form entry

I am new to databases and OO .
I have created a database for inventory, Everything works great.
I can't find how to put it on my desktop so that others here will see only the entry form and not be abe to edit.
I plan to have a couple of the group here to help with input.
I hope I can create a query to find a record to edit later.

To work with only the forms and not see the other parts of Base, use standalone forms: [Tutorial] Standalone Forms / Switchboard
