Post by essa.2331 »

I'm trying to hide the menu bar by this way :

Tools > Customize > Menus > LibreOffice base menus > (in the drop down list menu) delete

so i delete all menus , the menu bar became empty and I find no way to re-show the menu bar content :(

any body help

thank you all

Hi,
stop every soffice.bin task.
Then rename your userprofile, e.g. to user_old.
Start Openoffice.
A new userprofile will be created, as if starting OpenOffice for the first time.
If everything is OK, nothing missing, you can delete the user_old directory.

You can also use a macro to hide and then show the menu bars: Hiding toolbars
