Open the form in design mode (right-click>Edit) <--1. Do you click on the form? I don't see that option.
Every control has properties "Tab Order" and "Tabstop" (yes/no)
menu:View>Toolbars>Form Design
Button #7 "Activation Order" (dialog to set tab orders)
Button #9 (toggle button) "Automatic Focus" (focus first control when loading)
Please be more specific.
