[Solved] Setting up different headers on different pages

I am writing a book right now and I need the header to read the title on some pages, my name on some and some pages left blank. What is the easiest way to set that up? I have been trying and I feel like I am :crazy: ! any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks RoryOF for the tutorial. I have a lot of practice ahead of me to get this right but I think I can get it all done correctly now. I guess I can put away the aspirin now. hehehe.
