[Issue] How to generate a Table of Authorities (TOA)?

Post by daocampo »

Can someone point me to where I can obtain online resources on how to automatically generate a Table of Authorities for Legal Pleadings? Thanks.

As you've seen, that's not possible yet. For the record and for other users, I give the link to the initial request: Issue 32712 - Table of Authorities.

I tag the thread as Issue (to drag some attention).

Please note that case names can be underlined OR italicized. The posted issue suggests that they can only be underlined. That's not correct and if a Table of Authorities generator is included in a future release, it is important in the legal profession to have case names that can be underlined OR italicized for legal pleadings. Perhaps one of the source code progammers should consult with an attorney or paralegal to fully understand this feature.
