Look up the list of regular expressions (regexes) in the F1-help. With regex option $ matches a paragraph mark, \n matches a new line.

You may find it easier to install and use AltSearch.

In Find and Replace:
Search = ,
Replace = \n (a paragraph break when used in the Replace box but a line break when used in the Search box - why, why, why?)
Regular Expressions must be checked.

Having solved your immediate problem, you should look at Altsearch extension, as Robert Tucker suggests. This can co-exist with normal find and replace and is more powerful; sometimes too powerful, but they both have their uses.
