I don't really like the way templates are handled.
When I open a template, I want it opened read-only automatically so that I am prompted for a new filename when I save a document based on that template.

If you open a new file from File > New > Templates and Documents, it opens it as an untitled document so you are prompted to give it a new file name when you save it and you can't over write the original template.
OOo 3.3 on Windows 7 & 3.2.1 on Mint 10
