Download Templates

When attempting to download any template from http://templates.openoffice.org/?lang=en-US
I get "Access Denied."

The site appears to be in need of some maintenance. I can access the site using the link with no problem. The problem occurs when selecting a template. Clicking some templates gets "Access Denied" (CD, DVD, or Blu-ray disc label template). Clicking others opens a page with no description or download button (family tree form v03). The CD, DVD, Blu-ray templates you mention are all disabled; they seem to originate from one company and all template links to that company fail.
