CD Organizer Template

I was introduced to OpenOffice yesterday and downloaded version 3.3.0 last night. When I was shown OpenOffice a template called "CD Organizer" apparently came with the version I was shown. I have searched and tried everything I know how to do for 4 hours last night and 2 hours today and can't find anything about the template. If anyone knows what I am talking about, please let me know how and where to find it.
