Cannot Download Templates

I'm using Internet Explorer 8. The instructions to right click and save target do not work at all. The option to save target is dimmed and not available for use. Can anyone help with this problem?
OpenOffice 3.2 on Windows 7

Can you give an url to the template you're trying to download?
LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Xubuntu 23.10 and 7.6.4.1 portable on Windows 10

Have you tried a different browser or PC? The issue could be a setting in IE8.
