Dear Friends,
I have been unable to set up two text columns, the left for an English text, the right for the translation into Swedish of the English text.
Since I have the original English document in the form of a 55 A4-pages long .doc-file, I want to be able to fill the left column with a copy of the English text and write the Swedish translation in the right column.
When I generate two parallel text columns in OpenOffice 3.2 (Swedish version), the copy of the original English text fills both columns, rather then just filling the left column and leaving the right column empty for the translation.
I will be most grateful for a hint how to set up two individual columns, one for each language.
With thanks (in advance) and kind regards,
W. Wladimiroff
