Hi,
I've found a template which appears to be just perfect for me. The Advanced Book Template.
On the details page is a button "Use it".
When I click on this, it opens a strange looking screen in Internet Explorer. It doesn't present me - as far as I can tell - with an option to d/l it. The screen I get appears to be split - top 2/3 is the 'page', the bottom 1/3 appears to be an expanded status line, which would normally appear at the bottom line, but it's full of white space.
Can someone help me out and let me know how I can d/l this template?
Oh yes. Netbook, Win/xP-sp3, IE8.
Thanks
Ken Davis

Re: Issue Downloading template
Use a real web browser like Firefox. Works fine on my xubuntu system with Firefox: it opens the download dialog asking me what I want to do with the file (open it in OOo or save it on my HD).

Re: Issue Downloading template [SOLVED]
Hagar,
Thank you. Just d/l'd Firefox, so I'll Give it a try. Suspected it might be an IE8 Issue. Damn, I love standards which aren't "because we're big and know better".
Again, thanks
Ken
