What lines are you referring to, exactly?

It might help if you can attach your template here. You can use the "Upload Attachment" link (below the message entry area after you click "POST REPLY"). [Forum] How to attach a document here

I hope this upload correctly. If it does, I am trying to get the light grey lines to show up when I print. I need to make the boxes show up. Thanks again.

Click inside the table. The click Table--->Select---->Table. Then Table--->Table properties. Click the Borders Tab and select the borders you want for your table. Then save as a Template.
