Tiling cell entries in Avery label template

I've downloaded an Avery template for making address labels, and I'm able to fill in the sixty cells by copying the first one and pasting it into the others. However, it seems to me that there should be an easier way to do that. I haven't found any appropriate menu item for that, though. Anybody able to help?

Did you try File > New > Labels, and see if your product is in the list of built-in products?

If your label type is supported, you can use that to make a template document that will include an easy way to copy from the master label to all the others.

If it's not there already, you can make a custom layout.

There was no appropriate template there.

I don't at this point know how to do this. However, it sounds like more trouble than it's worth. I was hoping for a simple command in Open Office that would tile the text in one cell so that it would appear in the other cells. If there is no such command, then I'll just go back to copy and paste. Thanks for your attempt to help.

Which Avery template are you using?
