UNO: "Word Completion" and "Replace" in "Auto correct"?

I have some questions about the access to "Word Completion" and "Replace" in "Auto correct"-dialog with the uno-library.
How can I set or add an Item to the List with uno?
I'm using OO 3.0 and I want to develop an application in C# or Java.
