Main Window Outliner for Writer

Outline-like main window for normal text paragraphs. Useful when starting a document with an outline before complex document elements are added (it probably won't work with those).
Paragraphs are hidden by creating an identical style with the hidden characters property. The paragraphs are shown again by changing the paragraph back to the original style
The hidden styles will be called Zhidden_YOURSTYLENAME
The Z is so these style are listed after your other custom styles
