Welcome to the Forums.
Regretfully we are end users, like you, and have little or no more ability to affect changes on the Wiki pages than you do.
Additionally the error you are reporting is an internet server error, which means that there's a problem with the Wiki servers. I tried the sites you listed, and got the same or similar responses, but like you, I have no ability to correct the situation.
Some of the other helpers that are more familiar with the OpenOffice API might be able to direct you to more accurate and/or working pages for learning about the API.
OpenOffice 4.1.7, LibreOffice 7.0.1.2 on Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate & Windows 10 Home (2004)
If you believe your problem has been resolved, please go to your first post in this topic, click the Edit button and add [Solved] to the beginning of the Subject line.

If that idea works, it would be helpful if you would post the links you found to the missing data.
