Create an Excel link to LibreOffice

I have a difficult task that I have not been able to perform, I have done a lot of research, but I have not found a solution, so I come here in the forum to ask friends for help .
I need to create Links between an Excel spreadsheet and a libreoffice spreadsheet that is located in another directory .
To summarize my problem, I need to import data that is in a libreoffice spreadsheet, and I need to import the data into an Excel spreadsheet .
but since I will need to update this data daily in excel, so I need to create an Excel Link formula for libreoffice, because libreoffice data will change daily, so I need Excel to read this data that has changed and update itself .
remember that the two spreadsheets are in different directories .
