'meta.xml' is corrupt

Doing an integrety check of my dB i have that report meta.xml is corrupt. The most curious is that the form is working, but i am worry about because Base isnt saying anything about the corruption.

Is there a way to check the integrety with the api ? just to perform checks for example on each DB boot...
And is there a way to regenerate the 'meta.xml' for the report ?
