Help with "Hello World" program for the OO Calc

Postby shri_nath » Wed Aug 20, 2008 12:04 am

Hi

I want to read from a text file using a java program (this I can do) and with that data/information create an openoffice calc document.

I have a few questions:

    01. What are the steps involved in creating an openoffice calc document in a java program and then populate it and save it ?
    02. Do I need to install OpenOffice SDK for this? Does installation of the OpenOffice automatically install SDK?
    03. Is there a code-snippet that could guide me?

Thank you.
