Remove all between "x" and "y"

Hi im very new to this, i have a document where i want to remove digits between two brackets- thought one could make a macro for that.
Any pointers welcome.

Let's try to find a solution without a macro. I am not sure what you are trying to do exactly. Your title mentions "x" and "y" but the text of your post mentions brackets. Please show an example of what you want to accomplish - what the text looks like before and after the action. The best way to do that is to upload a document. After you click Post Reply there is an Upload Attachment tab just below the box where you type a response.
