HOW TO SOLVE OPENOFFICE PATH PROBLEM?

HI to all


i installed open office and java sdk.we planned to use open office in my project actually what we are going to do is we need editor for each and every client for which transcript audio file...we about to use webstart and we planned to automate open office in client machine through open office java sdk.i have these problem

1.How to find open office installed directory in client side through our java program(without setting env variable)
2.how to add menu in open office through my program..

please tell me if any one know
