Not sure it's possible but there is an enhancement request for that: Issue 7449 - Allow customization of context menus.

You can't edit the context menu yet. Vote for the bug report to speed it.

I have a spreadsheet posted here which runs a Basic macro from the context menu. It is quite tricky. One catch that I recall is that the .ods extension must be removed from the filename before passing the macro to the GetSimpleMenuItem function.

The newer versions of the LibreOffice have such feature.
Tested: in the LO 6.x.x versions.
