Yes, exactly, that's how I do it so far. I had hoped to change this so that the corresponding terms can be read out.

I consider this thread as done, because there seems to be no (workable) solution

There's a lot of information on accessing the accessiblecontext in dialogs in Useful Macro Information For OpenOffice By Andrew Pitonyak. You might be able to get what you want using that, but it might be several hours work...
