Trying to get the required files

I'm trying to get all the files I need for the SDK. However, I can't figure out where to get the GNUMake, the info-zip files are unable to be downloaded from the info-zup site, Anything else I need, besides the cat & Sed? I've also downloaded the Java SDK as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
