OpenOffice 3.0 Release Candidate 1 Mac (PPC)

Being a former tester of OpenOffice for Mac (PPC) using X11 I am excited about the new 3.0 aqua version. However, to my dismay, cannot seem to locate a PPC version for 3.0 Release Candidate 1. Does that imply that 3.0 Release Candidate 1 & future versions will be developed for Intel Macs only? Such a shame if that is the case...

PPC versions of OOo 3.0.0RC1 for Mac on Good-day server.
AOO 4.0 and LibO 4 on Win 8
