I have downloaded AOO 4.1.3 on my Mac, El Capitan 11.11.6 and it won't open. I have changed security settings to allow all programs to open.
What am i doing wrong?

I am looking at AOO instructions on my iPad as I go through this. The instructions get Open Office for Mac,, which I did.
The next instruction says to open the downloaded disk image by clicking on it. Which I did. Nothing happens, except I get a pop-up asking if I am sure I want to open this file since it doesn't come from the App Store, or words similar to that. I checked my settings, and have allowed the computer to open all files.
What am I overlooking?
