Trying to upgrade from AOO 4.13 (on MacOS High Sierra) to AOO 4.1.5 and keep getting an error message:
/Applications/OpenOffice.appThis is not a valid OpenOffice 4.1.5 installation.
Run the installer again and choose a valid OpenOffice 4.1.5 installation
I've downloaded it several times from the Apache website but I can't install it. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.
If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit button and add [Solved] to the start of the title. You can select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
There is no "installer". If you're using one, you're not downloading Apache OpenOffice. See [Tutorial] Mac FAQ Q03/A03. Also review Q15/A15.ugogrrrl wrote:Run the installer again and choose a valid OpenOffice 4.1.5 installation
